Private sessions at the in-house studio, 1–2 times per week. You choose the music, you set the pace. Sessions are focused, distraction-free, and built around your specific goals — whether that's recovery, performance, or somewhere in between.

1-on-1 Training: $200 - 400 Monthly

Can't make it to the studio? I come to you. We work around your space and your schedule — I can bring equipment or work with what you have. No commute, no excuses.

IN-HOme Training: $70/session

Up to five people, one hour, circuit-style. A good option if you work better with people around you — and easier on the wallet without sacrificing coaching quality.

Group training: $25/person

Full-service remote coaching built around your schedule. You get a personalized training program delivered through the Trainerize app, nutrition guidance, biweekly check-ins, and direct messaging access. Real coaching — not an algorithm.

Online training: $80/month
